National First Ladies' Library  is located within 
First Ladies National Historic Site in Canton, Ohio.

Visitors to First Ladies National Historic Site should begin their visit at the Education Center at 205 Market Avenue South. 

Guided tours of the Saxton House are offered. Guided tours leave from the Education Center at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm. Tours have a capacity of 12 people per tour. 
Winter hours (November 1- April 30)  are Thursday - Saturday 9 am - 4 pm. 

 

TOURS AND ADMISSION INFORMATION

National First Ladies' Library is proud to provide rotating exhibits at the Education and Research Center on-site.   The Education and Research Center is free for all visitors. 

The admission fees for the Saxton-McKinley house support the work of the National First Ladies' Library.  
The fee to tour the ancestral home of First Lady Ida Saxton McKinley is:

$7/adults (ages 18-61)
$6/seniors (ages 62 and over)
$5/youth (ages 3-17)
FREE (ages 2 and under)

A reservation for groups of 10 or more to tour the Saxton-McKinley House is required. To make a group reservation, call (440) 717-3748.
